Escalation of Complaints:
If you are not satisfied with our internal complaint resolution process (which is highly unlikely), you may escalate
the matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA)
The Ombudsman provides independent dispute resolution services for the motor industry.
